 1. Is shipping free?

 Yes!  We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

 2. How long will it take for my order to get here?

 Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes:

 7 to 15 business days in the UK

 For international orders, it takes 10 to 20 business days.

 After your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information.

 3. What kinds of payments do you take?

 You can make safe payments with a credit card or PayPal.
 We process your payment information safely and never keep it on our servers.

 4. Is it possible to change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

 We quickly process orders so that they can be shipped quickly.
 Please let us know at contact@vecuue.shop within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel it.
 We can't change your order once it has been shipped.

 5. What is your policy on returns?

 You have 90 days from the day you get it to return any item that you haven't used or worn.
 Just email us at contact@vecuue.shop for instructions on how to send it back.
 Please keep in mind that items must be in their original packaging and condition.

 6. When will I get my money back?

 Your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the same payment method you used to make the purchase after we get your return and check it.

 7. Do you send things to other countries?

 Yes, we ship all over the world!  Delivery times depend on where you live and the postal services there.

 8. What should I do if the item I got is broken or wrong?

 We apologize for the trouble.
 Please email us right away at contact@vecuue.shop with your order number and pictures of the item. We will send you a new one or give you your money back as soon as we can.

 9. How can I find out where my order is?

 When your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
